We are excited to announce the launch of our new Symphony Isles website at www.SymphonyIsles.com!
This updated platform features a fresh look, improved navigation, and new tools to help you stay informed and connected with our community.
What’s New
- Community News & Updates – Stay current with newsletters, announcements, and blog posts.
- Document Access – Convenient access to HOA documents, forms, and resources.
- Event & Committee Information – Learn about upcoming events and how to get involved.
- AI Chatbot Assistance – An AI-powered chatbot is being trained on Symphony Isles content to help you quickly find answers to your questions. Give it a try and see how easily it can guide you to the information you need!
- Resident-Only Area – Protected content for registered members of the community (sign-in required).
- Content Migration Notice – The site currently contains documents and information migrated from the old website. Additional documents will be uploaded over time, so don’t worry if something isn’t there yet.
- Quick Access Links – Direct links to Watchtower and the existing SmartWebs system. SmartWebs remains available, so please continue to use it for its current functions.
About Social Sign-On
We’ve enabled Social Sign-On for both the new website and Watchtower. This allows you to register and log in using your Google (Gmail) account instead of creating a new password. Social Sign-On is safe, secure, and helps reduce the number of credentials you need to remember. When registering, simply select “Sign in with Google” and follow the prompts.
Action Required – Please Register
To access resident-only features, you will need to create a new account on the website:
- Visit www.SymphonyIsles.com
- Click Sign In in the upper right corner.
- At the bottom of the form, click "Don't have an account? Sign up with invite code"
- Enter the invite code provided in a separate email. If you did not receive an invite code, please email support@jekasoftware.com to have it sent to you.
- Click Continue with email & password and enter your details, or choose the Google option to register with your existing credentials.
Watchtower Reminder
The website, Watchtower, and SmartWebs are separate systems. If you have not yet logged into Watchtower, we encourage you to do so to review and update your:
- Household information
- Guest list
- Vehicles
- Barcodes
Keeping this information current ensures your property’s access and contact details remain accurate.
