We invite you to explore the small, secluded and intimate community of beautiful Symphony Isles. All our homes and lots are situated on wide deep-water canals leading directly to Tampa Bay. Our community has a variety of housing options, which include town homes, zero lot, canal and large beach/bay-front homes with a total of 314 properties overall. Symphony Isles is a vibrant deed restricted community with social activities for children, teenagers and adults. Tampa, Downtown St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach and Sarasota are easy commutes and offer our residents great shopping, performing-arts centers, professional sports, museums, fine dining, nightclubs and beaches as well as such attractions as Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowery Park Zoo, the Florida Aquarium, and the Manatee Park Viewing Center. If this is not enough, Symphony Isles is close to several 18-hole golf courses. Tennis, a walking track, a large playground, exercise classes and so much more is offered at the Apollo Beach Community Center only two blocks away from our gates. For the sports enthusiasts, we are within an easy drive to watch the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Super Bowl Champions, at the Raymond James Stadium. Other professional teams include the Tampa Bay Lightnings (Stanley Cup Champions), the Devil Rays, and the NY Yankees, who make Tampa their home for Spring Training Camp. In Orlando, fans can follow the Orlando Magic basketball team. Disney World is a mere 1 hour and 30 minutes door-to-door. Tampa International Airport is 50 minutes from Symphony Isles. For daily errands, nearby Rt. 41 has supermarkets, drug stores, and many specialty stores with more to come. Sun City Center is home to Home Depot and Wal-Mart, which is a short drive away. Brandon Town Center is located about 20 minutes north on Interstate 75. This area offers our residents huge shopping malls, fine dining, a 20-screen movie theater and other live entertainment. Brandon is also the home of a regional library with branches in nearby Ruskin and Riverview. A new $19 million regional library is under construction in Ruskin. Additional shopping can be found with a 30 to 45 minute drive to Hyde Park Village, WestShore Plaza, Ellenton Outlets and International Plaza. We are situated close to E.G. Simmons Regional Park which offers a boat launching area, playgrounds, a beach, picnic areas and contains a natural habitat sanctuary for wildlife, birds and botanical plants. The community is fortunate to be close to both South Bay Hospital in Sun City Center and Brandon Hospital in Brandon. The Apollo Beach Elementary School is a short distance from Symphony Isles and the town is privileged to have received many Hillsborough County School District awards. Eisenhower Middle and East Bay High Schools are a quick drive away on Big Bend Road. The area offers many great universities such as University of South Florida, University of Tampa, Hillsborough Community College, Eckerd College and Stetson College of Law.
