Dear Neighbor:
Symphony Isles
would like to extend to you a warm welcome to our wonderful waterfront
community. You have truly chosen a great place to live.

Our community is governed by written documents known as the Declarations
of Covenants and By-laws of the Symphony Isles Master Association.
These documents set forth your rights and obligations as a homeowner
and should have been provided to you at closing by the listing Realtor
or homeowner.
The Association
has a 5-member Board of Directors, elected by the community, who
volunteer to meet the third Tuesday of each month in order to manage
the
everyday business of the Association. The meetings take place at
7 PM at the pool cabana, and all homeowners are invited to attend. Should you wish to
place an item on the agenda, please contact any Board member. Phone
numbers are included on the most recent copy of the Symphony Isles
Minutes.
There are many
opportunities for everyone to get involved, meet neighbors or help
maintain our community. Volunteers are welcome and encouraged to
join any of our many committees. Information on upcoming social
events can be found in the Minutes or viewed on our website: here
New residents
are requested to fill out an information sheet for our security
guards and our association records. Please stop by the guard gate
to pick up your copy.
Apollo Beach
and the Tampa area have many wonderful sights. Beaches, boating,
shopping, restaurants, schools, places of Worship, fine arts and
entertainment are just a beginning to the area's offerings. The Apollo
Beach Chamber of Commerce, located in the Apollo Plaza on the north
corner of RTE 41 and Apollo Beach Blvd., is a bountiful source of
information. In addition, feel free to call any member of the Communication
and Enhancement committee or any Board member with questions about
the community or the surrounding area.
Once
again, Welcome To Paradise!
On behalf of
the Board of Directors and the Community, The Symphony Isles Communication
and Enhancement Committee:
